About Me
Hey, I'm Romeo Henry — a designer, storyteller, and former recruiter who believes in the power of thoughtful visuals to move people. I was born in Jackson, Mississippi, and raised in St. Louis, Missouri, where I discovered my passion for art and design at an early age. That passion guided me across the country—from the South to the Midwest to the East Coast—where I completed a creative internship with MTV | Paramount and studied design at the School of Visual Arts (SVA). I later earned my degree from the University of Missouri–St. Louis.
My career path has been anything but linear—but it’s been rich with experience. From leading merchandising across 300+ grocery stores on the East Coast to managing national hiring strategies in tech recruiting at Amazon, I’ve built a strong foundation in business, people, and storytelling. Over the last three years, I’ve shifted back into creative work—designing for Amazon’s internal brands, global campaigns, and immersive event experiences.
When I’m not designing, you’ll find me obsessing over movie trivia, or catching reruns of The Ultimate Fighter, Black Mirror or Buffy the Vampire Slayer (yup). 🎥👀
